The Process:

At the initial stage of the remodeling process, our team will take the time necessary to plan your stunning new spaces. From the initial call/email, we will make sure we understand your project needs from the start. We are also interested in your budget and timelines which help us create a remodeling process that is organized and on point with you in mind. We are here to create a space that you have only dreamed of having in your home.

The next steps involve;

~setting up an appointment at your home to discuss your ideas

~taking measurements and photos of your current space

~creating your new remodeled space in a complimentary 3D virtual rendering

~detailing an initial quote for your review

Once you accept the quote and sign our contract, we require 20% down and then the selection process begins:

~a shopping guide will be created so you know what selections you will need

~along the way, we offer our advice for shopping locally with quality vendors

~select your materials from high-end showrooms to budget options and everything in-between

When you are ready, we will review your selections and the budget. Once you have given us your approval, we will order the materials you have chosen. When the materials arrive, a pre-construction meeting will be scheduled at your home.

DEMO DAY~ the day we begin your remodel, our construction team will arrive and keep the work site as clean and tidy as they can. When the preparation is done, the team will start the installation. Communication will occur with you throughout the remodeling process, but always ask us questions along the way.

Through the different phases, we will require a percentage payment and the final project payment will be collected when all the work is installed, and you are completely satisfied and loving your new space!
